Quotes and estimates
Quotes are based on the information you provide. If the vehicle's condition differs materially from what was described, we will discuss the difference with you before continuing and confirm any change in scope or price.
Booking and scheduling
Appointments are confirmed once we agree a date, time, and location with you. Please let us know as early as possible if you need to change or cancel so we can offer the slot to another customer.
Access and location
As a mobile service, we need reasonable access to your vehicle and enough space to work safely at the agreed location. We will confirm any specific requirements with you before the appointment.
Results and expectations
Detailing improves the condition and appearance of a vehicle but cannot undo all wear. Paint enhancement reduces the appearance of light imperfections and does not promise complete scratch removal or flawless paint.
Personal belongings
Please remove valuables and personal items before your appointment. We are not responsible for items left in the vehicle.
Weather
If conditions would affect the quality or safety of the work, we will contact you to reschedule at the earliest convenient time.
Payment
Payment terms, including any deposit requirements, are confirmed when your appointment is booked so you always know the terms in advance.
